Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Magic Engine website and services provided by ABC Plus Home Pty Limited ("Magic Engine", "we", "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Magic Engine provides a free 张骞 Discovery report analysing your business's online visibility, and a paid platform for executing improvements. Reports are prepared and delivered on an asynchronous basis, typically within 12 minutes after submission.

2. The free Discovery report and free tokens

• The 张骞 Discovery report is provided free of charge and requires no payment or credit card.
• New users receive 500 tokens ("free tokens") to use Magic Engine's execution features. Free tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change as described in your portal.
• Once your free tokens are used, additional use of paid features requires payment under the pricing shown in your portal. We will always make paid features clearly distinct from free ones.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email to receive your report. You may not use the service if you cannot form a binding contract or are under 18.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit URLs or content you don't have the right to analyse; use the service unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform; or resell the service without our written permission.

5. Reports are informational

Discovery reports and recommendations are provided for general informational purposes based on available data. They are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue. You're responsible for decisions you make based on a report.

6. Intellectual property

Magic Engine and its content, software, and branding are owned by ABC Plus Home Pty Limited. Your report is provided for your own business use. You retain ownership of the information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, or other non-excludable laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. This does not remove the protection of any non-excludable consumer law that applies where you live, including in New Zealand.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
