This Privacy Policy explains how ABC Plus Home Pty Limited ("Magic Engine", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services, including the free 张骞 Discovery report. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• Information you give us: the website URL you submit, your email address, and (optionally) your business name, goals, and a competitor URL.
• Information we gather to build your report: publicly available information about your business — such as your search rankings, AI-search mentions, public social profiles, public advertising signals, and public reviews. We do not access private accounts, and we do not require your account passwords.
• Technical information: basic analytics such as pages visited and general device/browser type, collected to operate and improve the site.

2. How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your 张骞 Discovery report.
• To email you about your report, your account, and your use of Magic Engine.
• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Magic Engine is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
